Job Requirements (OR RN / Perioperative Nursing)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
License: Active RN license
Certification: BLS (AHA)

Responsibilities (Operating Room RN / Surgical Services)

Deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative nursing care as assigned, supporting surgical services and patient safety
Perform focused assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
Document care accurately and on time in Epic (EHR)
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support efficient patient flow and optimal outcomes
Provide on-call coverage and assist with unit priorities during high-volume periods
