• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (weekdays and weekends)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,340–$2,510
• Openings: 1 MRI Technologist / MRI Tech position
• No call requirements

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required (Registered MRI Technologist)
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Experience preferred (hospital or outpatient imaging)
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols, patient screening, and MRI safety checklists
• Experience with PACS, imaging documentation, and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork skills as a radiology technologist
• Ability to work scheduled weekday and weekend 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI exams in a busy hospital radiology department, ensuring diagnostic image quality and patient safety
• Conduct thorough patient screening and verify MRI safety checklists prior to exams
• Prepare, position, and coach patients for optimal image acquisition and patient comfort
• Operate MRI equipment, adjust protocols as needed, and follow departmental imaging standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, MRI technologists, and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and quality care
• Maintain accurate exam documentation, enter studies into PACS, and support imaging report workflow
• Adhere to hospital quality, safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
