• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) / Travel Nurse
• Location: Everett, WA 98203 — serving Snohomish County (home health jobs Everett, WA)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Home Health RN)
• Start Date: March 9, 2026
• End Date: June 7, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370 – $2,500
• On-call/Weekend Requirements: None
• Territory: Snohomish County — home health visits throughout Everett and surrounding areas
• Productivity: Minimum 6 patient visits per day (home health caseload)
• EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar home health EMR
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload across Snohomish County
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community/home visits

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical assessments to patients in their homes throughout Everett and Snohomish County (home health nurse responsibilities)
• Complete a minimum of 6 patient visits per day, managing a travel homecare caseload efficiently
• Document all care and patient encounters accurately using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Perform skilled nursing tasks including medication management, wound care, and comprehensive patient assessments
• Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive homecare plans and quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, disease management, and safety in the home setting
• Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and agency standards for home health services
