Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract. This night-shift travel nurse role is ideal for a compassionate L&D RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong fetal monitoring and postpartum care skills.

• Location: 500 S Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43081 — Columbus, OH area
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Travel Nursing Assignment)
• Start Date: March 29, 2026
• End Date: June 27, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel, W2 (Travel Nurse)

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,890 – $1,990

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state (must meet facility requirements)
• Labor & Delivery RN experience (L&D, intrapartum, postpartum)
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements: immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza), TB screening, fit testing, drug screen, background check, education verification, and skills/competency assessments
• Physical/health statement and color vision screening required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit during 12-hour night shifts as a Travel RN
• Monitor and assess mothers and newborns including labor progress, electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), and postpartum care
• Respond promptly to emergent situations and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (obstetrics, anesthesia, neonatal staff)
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record and follow facility policies and procedures
• Support a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment for moms and babies
