- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Schedule: 3x12 nights

- Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1,730–$1,820
Job Requirements (RN – LTAC)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
- Two (2) years of bedside clinical experience (highly desired)
- BLS (required prior to first shift)
- ACLS (required prior to first shift)
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, documentation, and patient/family education skills
- Ability to delegate appropriately and support ancillary staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities (Travel RN Night Shift)
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within required timeframes and develop individualized plans of care for LTAC patients
- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) with a focus on patient education and safety
- Provide timely, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
- Communicate patient status changes promptly to support continuity of care, rapid response, and safe handoffs
- Participate in care conferences/rounds as applicable and contribute updates for ongoing care planning
- Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from admission forward
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and orientees; delegate tasks appropriately and provide coaching as needed
- Promote a safe environment through safe patient handling, infection prevention, and hazard reporting
- Assist with charge responsibilities following orientation, as requested
