Responsibilities (Emergency Department Registered Nurse)

• Provide timely, safe, and compassionate nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Work collaboratively with the care team to support efficient patient care and throughput
• Monitor patient status, recognize and report clinical changes, and escalate care appropriately
• Provide clear patient and family education, discharge instructions, and safety guidance
• Document care accurately and efficiently according to department practices
