• Schedule: Days – 4x10s (06:00–16:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Call Requirement: Weekend call required
• Patient Population: Adults

Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,370–$2,500

Job Requirements (CVOR RN)

• Experience: 2+ years of recent CVOR RN / cardiovascular operating room experience required
• Open-heart surgery experience required (e.g., CABG/valve cases)
• Must be able to scrub and circulate as needed (perioperative nursing)
• License: Active Registered Nurse license (Maryland or compact)
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Comfortable supporting cardiac and vascular cases in the CVOR environment

Responsibilities (Cardiac OR / CVOR Travel Nurse)

• Circulate and scrub for cardiac and vascular surgeries, maintaining sterile technique and OR safety standards
• Circulate for structural heart cases as needed
• Follow the posted call schedule requirements, including weekend call as outlined
• Document perioperative care per unit standards
