Position Overview

Join a hospital-based therapy team and support patient care through evaluation, treatment, and documentation services as assigned by the facility.

Key Responsibilities (Hospital SLP)

  • Provide speech-language pathology evaluations and treatment services in a hospital setting, based on facility needs and assigned caseload
  • Develop and update patient-centered treatment plans and goals in alignment with clinical findings and facility standards
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy recommendations and carryover strategies as appropriate
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time in accordance with hospital policies and applicable regulations
