Job Details – Cath Lab RN / Travel Nursing

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel assignment / travel nursing)
• Start Date: March 23, 2026
• End Date: June 21, 2026
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour day shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• Shift Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., weekdays
• On-Call: 1-2 nights per week and every 4th weekend; rotational holiday call (30-minute response time required)
• Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 (Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania – travel nursing jobs in PA)

Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $3,000 – $3,160 per week (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Requirements – Cath Lab RN / Cardiac Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience or equivalent interventional cardiology experience
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry, Emergency Department, and/or ICU experience preferred
• Ability to meet 30-minute on-call response time
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cardiologists, techs, and support staff

Responsibilities – Cardiac Cath Lab RN

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (angiography, PCI, etc.) as a procedural Cath Lab RN
• Monitor and assess cardiac patients, interpret telemetry, and respond to changes in condition
• Participate in on-call rotation for the Level 1 Heart Attack Program and respond promptly to emergent activations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care and improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow safety protocols, and comply with hospital policies
