• Duration: 16 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1030 - $1090 per week

Job Requirements

• Active and unencumbered LPN license (Vermont or compact state) — Vermont LPN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced LTC environment and provide compassionate resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting (medication administration, wound care, ADL assistance)
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support and person-centered care
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in accordance with facility policies, infection control, and LTC regulations
