- Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1030 - $1090 per week
Job Requirements
- Active and unencumbered LPN license (Vermont or compact state) — Vermont LPN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced LTC environment and provide compassionate resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting (medication administration, wound care, ADL assistance)
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions, report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Assist residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support and person-centered care
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Maintain a safe, clean environment in accordance with facility policies, infection control, and LTC regulations
