• Assignment Type: Travel (13-week assignment)

• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 (on-site position)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,190 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) – Radiography (R) certification required
• State licensure as required for travel technologists (ability to obtain state license if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist (X-ray/CT/MRI/DEXA experience preferred)
• CT or MRI certification and cross-sectional imaging experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred — Spanish-speaking radiology technologists encouraged to apply
• Ability to secure your own housing (housing in Aspen is expensive; consider nearby Basalt, Carbondale, or Glenwood Springs)

Key Responsibilities — Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Care

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, and vascular studies as assigned
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, follow imaging protocols, and perform routine quality control and equipment checks
• Ensure patient safety, proper radiation protection, and patient comfort during imaging procedures
• Position patients accurately and use appropriate techniques for optimal diagnostic images
• Document procedures in PACS and the electronic medical record (EMR); accurately maintain patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
• Adhere to regulatory, safety, and infection control standards (radiation safety, HIPAA compliance)
