- Setting: Vascular Operating Room (CVOR) – Level I Trauma Center, Magnet Hospital
- Start Date: March 23, 2026
- End Date: June 22, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30 – 19:00), Monday–Friday (36 hours/week)
- On-Call: 5–8 calls per month; includes some weekends and possible holiday call
- Charting: EPIC (EPIC charting experience preferred)
- Parking: Onsite parking available with a one-time registration fee
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130-$2250/week
CVOR RN Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) experience – scrub and circulate complex vascular cases
- Active South Carolina RN license or compact/multi-state RN license in hand at start
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Radiation badge provided by agency
- Experience with community hospitals and Level I or II trauma centers preferred
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred (travel RN)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate for a wide range of vascular and endovascular procedures including Endovascular interventions, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, Thrombectomy, Amputation, Carotid surgery, AV fistula procedures, and other complex CVOR cases
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Interventional Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, IV team, Rapid Response) to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including weekends and holidays when required
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and adhere to all charting standards
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures (including hurricane season preparedness)
