• Schedule: Monday through Friday, varied day shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,360 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification/license (NMT). Examples: NMTCB or ARRT(N) credentials are commonly accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or equivalent clinical experience in nuclear medicine / medical imaging
• Ability to work varied day shifts as scheduled
• Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks (drug screen, immunizations, competency testing)
• Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals
• Operation and quality control of gamma cameras, SPECT/PET equipment
• Knowledge of radiation safety, ALARA principles, and infection control
• Patient positioning, image acquisition, and accurate documentation
• Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and safety standards
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic purposes with attention to dosage and safety
• Operate imaging equipment (gamma camera, SPECT/PET) and ensure accurate image acquisition and data collection
• Perform routine quality control, record keeping, and calibration checks as required
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control policies, and departmental procedures
