• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC/Telemetry (Travel RN, Telemetry Nurse)

• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:00 / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,910 - $2,010 per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license or compact/multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume)
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 2 years recent LTAC or Telemetry RN experience (telemetry nursing, long-term acute care)
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and nurse leadership skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and delegation abilities
• Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and ensure safe patient care

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment when planning and delivering safe telemetry and LTAC patient care
• Maintain and expand clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff education and experience
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the EMR
