• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) / Telemetry Nurse
• Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (Northwest Arkansas)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel RN
• Contract Dates: March 23, 2026 – June 22, 2026 (13 weeks)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) – Night Shift RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) required
• Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit (may float to Med/Surg and Bariatrics as needed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1570-$1650/week

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arkansas or compact RN license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience / cardiac monitoring experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to float to Med/Surg and Bariatrics units as needed
• Ability to work every other weekend and night shift schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit as a Telemetry RN
• Perform continuous cardiac/telemetry monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition
• Use the nursing process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate leadership in patient care planning, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and unit-based training
• Float to Med/Surg and Bariatrics as required to support staffing and quality care delivery
