Job Details

• Location: Grove City, OH 43123 – Columbus area nursing job; easy access to city amenities and suburban living
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 22, 2026 – June 20, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) – Night Shift RN / Telemetry RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – Travel Nurse opportunity
• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (Oncology / Neuro / Multiple Sclerosis)

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry clinical experience (Telemetry RN or Med/Surg RN)
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide high-quality acute care in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with onboarding health and background requirements (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, TB screening, and drug screening)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed, following hospital protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, case managers, therapists) to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge instructions to support recovery and continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment that promotes patient safety and quality outcomes

Compensation
