• Shift: Night shift — 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour nights)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,320 - $1,420 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification — must be current (not pending)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RRT in a hospital setting
• NICU experience preferred — experience as a NICU respiratory therapist is a plus
• Familiarity with ventilators: Hamilton, Servo, and GE preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR documentation preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and critical care support to patients across hospital units
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and breathing treatments, including neonatal and pediatric support when required
• Manage and titrate ventilators (Hamilton, Servo, GE) according to physician orders and unit protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including charge managers, clinical RTs, nurses, and physicians
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in Meditech EMR
• Maintain appropriate patient assignments and workflow with an approximate ratio of 10:1
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture focused on patient safety and quality outcomes
