Compensation
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,600 – $2,790 per week (based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications — Radiologic Technologist / IR Tech
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in Interventional Radiology or IR Tech roles
- Current ARRT certification (ARRT-registered)
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- EPIC EMR experience within the last 24 months (required and non-negotiable)
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred (trauma center or high-acuity IR preferred)
- Valid Vermont state license or proof of application in process
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation is not accessible); vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires November–April
- Complete work history and explanation of any employment gaps over 90 days required for submission
- Covid and flu declinations accepted with documentation
Key Responsibilities — Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures for adult patients in a Level 1 trauma setting
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment (angiography/fluoroscopy systems) and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Assist physicians and the clinical team during interventional procedures, maintaining sterile technique and radiation safety
- Document patient care and imaging studies accurately in EPIC EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent IR cases as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (radiologists, nurses, technologists) to deliver excellent patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
