• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910-$2010/week

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years recent Emergency Room RN experience (ER nursing / emergency nursing)
• Current Oklahoma RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN license (Oklahoma nursing jobs)
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients in a high-acuity ER
• Proficiency with ventilator management, CPAP/BiPAP, Vapotherm, and critical drip infusions
• Basic stroke patient care experience
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multi-task effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to meet physical demands (stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl) and lift up to 50 lbs
• Successful completion of pre-employment credentialing (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions rapidly, recognize deterioration, prioritize care, and take immediate action as needed (emergency assessment)
• Initiate appropriate emergency measures and interventions when a physician is not immediately available
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot general and specialized emergency care equipment, including ventilators and advanced airway devices
• Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation per orders
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and coordinated activities with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized patient care plans and handoffs within the ER team
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment and help preserve a safe, clean emergency department environment
