• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: Approximately 50% call per month, including multiple nights per week and full weekends as scheduled

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,600–$2,790/week

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting (2 years preferred) — ideal for cath lab techs, cardiovascular technologists, and EP techs
• Valid BLS certification required
• For RTs: ARRT or RCIS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including femoral and radial access, IFR, FFR, and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support
• Experience with electrophysiology (EP) procedures — pacemakers, AICDs, loop recorders, and right-sided ablations is a plus
• Familiarity with Epic EMR, MacLab hemodynamic systems, GE C-arms, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to take scheduled call, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures (PCI, diagnostic angiography)
• Support electrophysiology cases (device implants, ablations, loop recorder placements) as needed
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures following Cath Lab protocols
• Participate in a 24/7 STEMI program and respond to emergent cases as required
• Float between rooms within the department and assist in pre-op/recovery areas as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment and document care in Epic EMR
• Mentor and support team members, promoting a collaborative and patient-centered culture
