Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,420–$2,550/week
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 28, 2026)
• Setting: Adult Echo Lab / Cardiac Imaging
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
• No call, no holidays, no weekends

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Intensive Care experience required (Cardiac ICU/Telemetry preferred)
• Experience with moderate sedation administration preferred
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
• Strong documentation, patient monitoring, and cardiac monitoring skills (ECG/telemetry)

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and document moderate sedation during inpatient and outpatient Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) procedures
• Ensure patient safety, airway management, and comfort throughout TEE procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, sonographers, and the Echo Lab team to deliver high-quality cardiac care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of sedation, vital signs, and procedural details in the electronic medical record
• Provide patient education and pre/post-procedure instructions and support
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards for procedural nursing
