• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030–$2,190/week
• Assignment Type: Travel Pharmacist assignment
• Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy
• Start Date: March 29, 2026
• End Date: June 27, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (10-hour nights) — Overnight / Night Shift Pharmacist
• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)
• Hours per Week: 40

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy or inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Comfortable with overnight shifts and a 7-on, 7-off rotation
• Completion of required onboarding health and background screenings (MMR, TB, Influenza, background check, etc.)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with pediatric, long-term care (LTC), nuclear, retail, or rehab pharmacy is a plus
• Familiarity with automated dispensing systems (ADS) and electronic medical records (EMR) is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Review and verify inpatient medication orders for accuracy, dosing, interactions, and appropriateness
• Prepare and dispense medications according to hospital pharmacy protocols and safety standards
• Provide timely drug information and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Monitor patient medication therapies and collaborate on medication therapy management to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital policies
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with the clinical care team to support patient safety
• Support the pharmacy department in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant overnight operation
