Job Details

• Location: Concord Township, OH 44077 (Northeast Ohio)
• Role: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (Travel Nurse / Travel RN)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Setting: 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mix
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Floating: Required to inpatient areas at UH Tripoint Medical Center and UH Lake West Medical Center (ICU, Stepdown, Med/Surg)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1800-$1890

Required Qualifications (ICU RN / Travel Nurse)

• Active RN license in Ohio
• At least 1 year of recent ICU experience required (Critical Care RN experience preferred)
• Current RN Critical Care certification preferred
• Ability to float to Stepdown and Med/Surg units as needed
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)
• Successful completion of required skills checklists and competency exams
• Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required
• Valid Driver's License or State ID

ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to patients with complex diagnoses (respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, endocrine and renal disorders, infectious diseases)
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpret hemodynamic data, administer medications, and implement physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, case management) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic and paper documentation of patient care and progress
• Float between ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units as required while adapting to varying nurse-to-patient ratios (ICU: 1:1–3, Stepdown: 1:4–5, Med/Surg: 1:4–6)
• Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotations
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols at all times
