• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident advocacy skills
• Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and LTC documentation/EMR systems
• Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled (reliable availability for rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Perform medication administration and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health status; report changes to RNs and the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare staff to implement care plans
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow facility infection control protocols
