• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090 – $2,200
• Hourly Pay Rate: $86.49/hour
• Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in HVICU or CTSICU settings (critical care nursing experience)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Previous contract experience required (local contract RN preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to commit to 3 shifts per week for the full 13-week contract
• Requested time off (RTO) should not exceed 1 week during the contract
• Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred; strong ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring skills

Responsibilities — Critical Care RN Duties

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced HVICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, titrate drips, and provide advanced life support (ACLS/BLS) as needed
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and a supportive environment for patients and staff in a high-volume ICU
