Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Illinois Radiologic Technologist license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Clean background and ability to work in a hospital radiology environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology, IR tech role, or a related radiology field
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills for hospital and outpatient settings

Key Responsibilities — Interventional Radiology / Medical Imaging

• Perform a wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for inpatient and outpatient services
• Operate imaging modalities and assist with CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies (lung, thyroid, renal, liver, bone, lymph node, bone marrow)
• Manage drain placements and exchanges including abscess drains and chest tubes
• Assist with biliary, GI, GU, vascular procedures, vascular access, and hemodialysis access
• Support oncology-related interventional procedures and work closely with interventional radiologists
• Collaborate with referring physicians, nursing teams, and procedural staff to deliver comprehensive IR services and high-quality patient care
