Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1800-$1890 per week

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC and/or Telemetry experience in a hospital or long-term acute care setting
• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Demonstrated ventilator management and tracheostomy care experience
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
• Ability to delegate and prioritize patient care based on staff education and experience

LTAC / Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC and telemetry patients using the Nursing Process
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients and perform tracheostomy care per facility protocols
• Monitor telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Delegate, supervise, and coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and mandatory training
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and the state Nurse Practice Act
