Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist (Travel) — Tucson, AZ 85741. 13-week travel contract for ARRT-certified cath lab technologists with invasive cardiac procedure experience (STEMI coverage required). Competitive weekly pay and a chance to work in a state-of-the-art hospital cath lab.

• Location: Tucson, AZ 85741 (Tucson healthcare / Arizona cath lab jobs)
• Setting: Hospital – Cardiac Cath Lab (Cardio-Vascular Radiologic Technologist role)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: March 23, 2026
• Shift: 10-hour days (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On Call: 9-10 shifts/month and 1 weekend (STEMI coverage required)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,490 – $2,670 (travel radiologic technologist pay)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required (Cath Lab Technologist, Cardiovascular Technologist, or Radiologic Technologist experience)
• Active ARRT certification required (ARRT-certified). RCIS not accepted.
• Proficiency in sterile technique and scrubbing cath lab procedures
• Experience with invasive radiological procedures: angiogram, PCI, CTO, L main, PFO closures, device implants, PE thrombectomy, IR and Peripheral cases
• Structural Heart experience preferred but not required
• STEMI coverage required (on-call readiness for emergent cardiac cases)
• Familiarity with circulatory assist devices: Impella and IABP
• Ability to monitor and record on MacLab (training provided if needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor during cardiac cath lab procedures, maintaining sterile technique
• Provide STEMI coverage and participate in on-call rotations for emergent cardiac care
• Assist with and utilize Impella and IABP devices during procedures
• Record and monitor physiological data using MacLab and other lab systems
• Restock procedure rooms and maintain familiarity with cath lab products and supplies
• Collaborate with interventional cardiology teams, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care
