• Setting: Outpatient – Pelvic Health / Women's & men's pelvic health
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 6, 2026)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist / Travel PT assignment
• Guaranteed Hours: Up to 36 hours may be called off per assignment
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• Dress Code: Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,330–$2,500/week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Active Illinois PT license (must be in hand or already applied)
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred (Cerner EMR)
• Ability to arrive in Illinois 3 business days prior to compliance deadline for fingerprinting
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays during assignment
• First-time travel therapists accepted; local candidates welcome (no radius restrictions)
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pelvic floor therapy and outpatient pelvic health services for male and female patients
• Perform pelvic health evaluations, bladder and bowel dysfunction assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and pelvic floor retraining
• Educate patients and families on pelvic health, continence strategies, post-operative rehab, and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Cerner EMR and ensure accurate, timely charting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Participate in orientation and complete required compliance modules prior to start
