Job Details
- Location: Klamath Falls, OR 97601 (Oregon pharmacy job)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10-hour days — Mon–Fri 7:45am–7:15pm; Sat 8:00am–5:15pm
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3050–$3280
- Employment Type: Travel Pharmacist, On-site

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in Oregon (licensed pharmacist)
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience in a hospital, outpatient, or retail pharmacy setting
- Ability to float between multiple pharmacy locations as needed (flexible travel pharmacist)
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record/charting systems preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care, medication dispensing, and accurate prescription processing across outpatient and retail settings
- Perform medication counseling and patient education to optimize medication adherence and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe medication use
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and institutional policies
- Float to various pharmacy locations (on-campus outpatient, grocery store pharmacy, drive-through) based on coverage needs
- Document interventions and patient interactions using EPIC or the facility charting system
