Job Requirements (Radiation Therapist Qualifications)

• Proficiency with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance / SGRT and ARIA electronic documentation
• Advanced clinical skills in DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold), VMAT, SBRT, and Surface Guidance procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with RNs, dosimetrists, physicists, dietitians, and social workers
• Willingness to comply with department dress code (Caribbean blue scrubs)

Key Responsibilities (Radiation Oncology Therapist Duties)

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using TrueBeam linear accelerators and SGRT systems
• Set up and verify patient positioning, utilizing Align RT (Vision RT) and ARIA for accurate documentation and patient tracking
• Perform advanced treatment techniques including VMAT, SBRT, and DIBH with attention to safety and quality
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary oncology team members to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and safety standards (Press Ganey scores ~95%)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a positive, innovative work environment
