Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 8, 2026 – September 5, 2026)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 8-hour nights (23:00 – 07:30); 8, 12, and 16-hour shifts optional
• Setting: Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units (Float Pool)
• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 — Upper Valley travel nursing opportunity

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Compact RN license required (travel nurse eligible)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg Tele or related clinical nursing experience
• Experience with memory care and dementia care techniques and protocols
• Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care
• Experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and dementia units preferred
• Strong background in case management and resident-centered care
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and task management skills
• Experience with EMR systems — PCC / PointClickCare preferred
• IV skills, IV medication administration, tube feedings, and light wound care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide med/surg tele nursing care and administer medications to residents
• Assess resident health, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor resident progress, detect changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Document care, assessments, and MDS data accurately in the EMR
• Apply memory care techniques in daily nursing practice to support residents with dementia
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SUD, pain management) to ensure high-quality long-term care
• Support clinical initiatives in skilled nursing and sub-acute settings as a travel RN
