• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,620 – $1,740
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Atlanta MRI jobs / Georgia imaging jobs)
• Setting: Hospital Radiology Unit – Pediatric and general imaging
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 26, 2026)
• Shift: Tuesday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour days) – Day shift
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Scrub Color: Any color
• Floating: Required (must be comfortable with floating between radiology units)

Who We're Looking For

We seek an experienced MRI Technologist / MRI Tech with pediatric imaging experience for a travel MRI technologist job in Atlanta. Ideal candidates have strong hospital radiology experience, proficiency with Siemens and Philips MRI systems, and current ARRT (MRI) certification.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience (travel MRI experience preferred)
• Current ARRT (MRI) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Experience operating Siemens and Philips MRI scanners (Siemens MRI, Philips MRI)
• Completed skills checklist that matches MRI specialty
• 2 recent MRI Supervisor/Manager references
• Nicotine-free (facility requires testing)
• Ability to receive annual flu vaccination (no exemptions accepted)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans for pediatric and general patient populations
• Operate Siemens and Philips MRI equipment safely, including routine protocols and pediatric imaging techniques
• Provide patient-centered care and communication appropriate for pediatric patients and families
• Float between radiology units as needed to support hospital workflows
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and PACS entries
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal imaging and patient safety
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards
