• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 – $2,600
• Location: Milton, Massachusetts (02186) — Boston-area travel nurse opportunity
• Setting: Emergency Department / ER
• Contract Duration: 10 weeks (Travel RN contract)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am), every other weekend
• Hours per Week: 36
• Start Date: April 21, 2026

• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Job Requirements (Emergency Department Nurse / ER RN)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience (triage, trauma, cardiac emergencies preferred)
• Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission (Massachusetts nursing jobs requirement)
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• PALS or ENPC preferred
• TNCC certification required
• Must pass ECG/telemetry and medication tests during onboarding (one attempt only, 85% passing score)
• No prior staff for Milton ED will be considered for this opening
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)
• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff within the last year at Beth Israel Lahey Health are not eligible

Responsibilities (ER Nurse / Travel RN Duties)

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced ED
• Assess, triage, and manage acute and urgent medical and trauma conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed; perform critical interventions per protocol
• Monitor cardiac telemetry, interpret ECGs, and escalate care for cardiac and respiratory emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, techs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adhere to hospital ED protocols
• Participate in orientation, required onboarding assessments, and competency testing
