• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience (LTAC, Telemetry, or critical care experience preferred)
• Active NC Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact RN license
• ACLS & BLS (American Heart Association required)
• Proven experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care
• Familiarity with central line care and telemetry monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous LTAC or long-term acute care nursing experience
• Wound care experience or certifications
• Strong critical thinking and delegation skills in acute/long-term care settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process, consistent with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
• Care for ventilator-dependent and medically complex patients in an LTAC setting
• Perform telemetry monitoring, assessment, and documentation of patient conditions
• Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator settings, and suctioning per protocol
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care
• Delegate and supervise care delivered by assigned personnel based on education and experience
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and unit-based training
