- Job Title: LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) / Travel Nurse / Telemetry RN
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience (LTAC, Telemetry, or critical care experience preferred)
- Active NC Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact RN license
- ACLS & BLS (American Heart Association required)
- Proven experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care
- Familiarity with central line care and telemetry monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous LTAC or long-term acute care nursing experience
- Wound care experience or certifications
- Strong critical thinking and delegation skills in acute/long-term care settings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process, consistent with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
- Care for ventilator-dependent and medically complex patients in an LTAC setting
- Perform telemetry monitoring, assessment, and documentation of patient conditions
- Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator settings, and suctioning per protocol
- Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care
- Delegate and supervise care delivered by assigned personnel based on education and experience
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and unit-based training
