• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 16, 2026)
• Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Any
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site — outpatient PT position
• Shared Housing: Available (no pets or guests)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting (outpatient PT, outpatient physical therapy clinic)
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (MA licensed PT)
• Current flu vaccine required
• Car required for transportation
• Completion of onboarding requirements: background check, health history, skills checklist, references, resume, education verification, and other compliance documentation

Responsibilities — Outpatient Physical Therapist

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in a busy rehab setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within Rehab Services to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record
• Participate in patient education, wellness initiatives, and discharge planning
• Specialty areas may include women’s health, vestibular therapy, pelvic rehab, and management responsibilities — opportunity to use outpatient specialty skills
