• Setting: Level II Trauma Center – Operating Room (OR) with robotic surgery capabilities
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Start Date: April 13, 2026
• Call: 2x per schedule (participate in call rotation)
• Charting System: EPIC

Required Qualifications (OR RN / Travel Nurse)

• Minimum 2 years of current acute care Operating Room experience
• Must be competent to both circulate and scrub
• Robotic surgery and ENT surgical experience required
• Experience in ortho, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro surgeries required
• Active NJ RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Submit work history and Scrub/Circulate skills checklist; references required
• Previous charge experience and Level I/II trauma experience preferred

Key Responsibilities (Operating Room RN / Perioperative)

• Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures including robotic, ENT, ortho, vascular, general, thoracic, neuro, and trauma cases
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center
• Float within skillset to support different OR teams as needed
• Participate in 2x per schedule call rotation
• Document patient care and perioperative notes using EPIC
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, perioperative techs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital compliance, safety, and scheduling policies
