Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an RRT in a hospital or acute care setting
• Able to work 12-hour day shifts
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and allied health
• Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary care is preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and therapy to hospitalized patients in an acute care setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized respiratory treatments and interventions
• Monitor patient progress, perform ventilator adjustments, and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality pulmonary care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, ventilator settings, and patient response
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
