Job Details – Boston Radiology Travel Assignment
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 – $2,060
- Location: Boston, MA 02114 (Boston radiology jobs / Massachusetts travel tech)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 5, 2026)
- Shift: Overnight, Monday – Thursday, 09:30 PM – 08:00 AM
- Shift Duration: 10 Hour Nights
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Travel (travel healthcare jobs, radiology travel assignment)
- Setting: Emergency Department / Inpatient Radiology (ED radiology, inpatient imaging)
Job Requirements – Radiology / X-Ray Tech Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech)
- Valid X-Ray Technologist certification (state license; ARRT certification preferred)
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts (Night Shift Radiology)
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings (MMR, TB Test, Health Statement, Fit Test, Respirator Medical Clearance)
- Successful completion of background checks and education verification
- Skills checklist and professional references required for submission
Responsibilities – Radiology Technologist (CT, MRI, X-Ray, DEXA)
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-Ray, CT, MRI, DEXA, vascular studies, and portable radiography as needed
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department and inpatient setting
- Collaborate with radiologists, ED physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging results
- Maintain imaging equipment, perform basic QA checks, and adhere to radiation safety (ALARA) and infection control protocols
- Accurately document procedures, patient information, and imaging results in the electronic medical record
