Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Experience in postpartum and antepartum care; comfort with fetal monitoring and labor progression
Willingness to work night shifts and take call as needed

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit
Monitor maternal and fetal health using fetal monitoring (EFM), administer medications, and assist with deliveries (vaginal and C-section support)
Support postpartum and antepartum patients with compassionate, evidence-based care, including newborn initial assessments
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal perinatal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation, timely charting, and uphold hospital standards of safety and quality
