Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Care | 13-week contract in Lebanon, NH. Join a collaborative inpatient hospital team treating teens through geriatrics in the scenic Upper Valley.
Job Details – Travel OT / Occupational Therapist
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
- Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 (Upper Valley, New Hampshire)
- Setting: Inpatient Hospital – Acute Care (Acute Care OT, Inpatient Occupational Therapist)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
- Shift: 8-hour days (Mon–Fri, 07:00–15:30)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapy Job / Travel OT
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT); 2–3 years preferred (Acute Care OT experience preferred)
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for practice in the United States
- Experience in an inpatient hospital acute care setting required (inpatient occupational therapist)
- Ability to function as a generalist across multiple units: trauma/ortho, neuro, cardiac, general medicine, vascular, thoracic
- ICU experience preferred
- EPIC documentation familiarity preferred (EPIC experience a plus)
Key Responsibilities – Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to inpatient populations, from teens to geriatrics (geriatric therapy, neuro rehab, ortho rehab)
- Assess, triage, and manage a varied caseload across multiple acute care hospital units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams (nursing, PT, physicians, case management) to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient progress using flowsheet and SOAP note hybrid formats; maintain accurate EPIC/charting when applicable
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in trauma/orthopedics, neurology, cardiac, general medicine, vascular, and thoracic units
