• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 – $2,370

• Unit: Cardiovascular Critical Care (CVICU) — cardiac critical care, advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night rotation: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse
• On-Call: Yes

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required (CVICU or other acute care ICU experience preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license; state RN license or compact privilege preferred for New Hampshire
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Arterial line experience required
• Preferred skills: advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive medications (pressors/inotropes), line insertion and maintenance, and post-surgical cardiac patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit (CVICU)
• Monitor and manage advanced hemodynamic parameters and ventilator settings
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications (pressors/inotropes) and other critical care therapies
• Assist with insertion, maintenance, and troubleshooting of arterial lines, PA lines, central lines, drains, and other devices
• Interpret PA line waveforms and provide post-surgical cardiac care and monitoring
• Manage ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVDs, and ICP monitoring devices as indicated
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, RT, pharmacy, PT/OT) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
