- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 – $2,120
- Position: Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract
- Setting: Inpatient Acute Care (Adult); acute care physical therapist role
- Facility Size: 700 beds
- Location: Boston, MA 02215 — Boston travel therapy / Massachusetts physical therapy jobs
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
- Shift: 10-hour days (7:30am – 6:00pm)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Type: Travel Contract
- EMR: Epic EMR experience required

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (MA PT license)
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
- Adult acute care experience and strong clinical assessment skills
- Non-local candidates preferred (no locals)
- Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services to adult patients in an acute care hospital
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 13 patients per day, prioritizing safety and efficient throughput
- Deliver specialized care across areas including women's health, vestibular rehab, pelvic rehab, and general hospital management
- Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functional outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and case management, to optimize discharge planning and continuity of care
- Document patient progress, plans of care, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
- Maintain professional standards, adhere to facility protocols, and follow infection control and safety procedures
