Med/Surg Telemetry RN (Travel) – Night Shift in Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. 13-week contract for experienced Telemetry RNs delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive hospital setting.

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 – $2,130
• Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio (44124) — Cleveland area travel nursing job
• Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (3 West Tower)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 17, 2026 – July 17, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a Compact State
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (active, not pending)
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including telemetry monitoring and clinical assessment
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical and surgical needs using telemetry and bedside technologies
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and hospital policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, case managers, pharmacists, PT/OT) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice
