• Shift: AM (07:00 - 16:30), 4 × 9-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (must be current at time of submission)
• Wound Care Certification required in-hand at time of submission (WOCN, CWCN or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of recent wound care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team — experience with ostomy and continence care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wound, ostomy, and continence care to a diverse patient population
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement evidence-based wound management interventions and evaluate outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention, ostomy care, and continence management
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards
