Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (compact license not accepted unless MA license obtained)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) RN experience in acute care
• Completion of onboarding documentation and health screenings (MMR, TB Test, Health Statement, Fit Test, Respirator Medical Clearance, Color Vision)
• Successful background check and education verification
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care on the Medical/Surgical unit as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments per protocol
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and care plans
• Participate in rotating 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous patient coverage
• Provide compassionate patient and family education and support
