Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 – $1,990
• Location: Grove City, OH 43123 (Columbus area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 5, 2026 – July 4, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / On-Site

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Required immunizations for onboarding: COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella
• Physical/Health Statement and 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot)
• Successful completion of facility-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Preferred: proficiency with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM), maternal/fetal assessment, and familiarity with common EMR systems used in obstetric units

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period for mothers and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal monitoring strips, administer medications, and assist with procedures and deliveries
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia, pediatric/NICU teams, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold facility policies, and support quality and safety initiatives in the maternity unit
