Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care / LTC Nurse (Travel)
Weekly Estimated Pay: $980 - $1030
Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 — New Hampshire nursing job
Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) facility / skilled nursing
Contract Duration: 14 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
Shift: 12-hour Days (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Employment Type: Travel nursing / LPN travel position
Local Candidates: Local candidates only

Required Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused care skills
Commitment to compassionate, person-centered resident care and adherence to clinical documentation standards

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care and medication administration to residents in a long-term care facility
Perform resident assessments, monitor and document changes in condition, and update care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, comfortable environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social work) to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Follow infection control protocols, safe medication administration, and facility policies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support continuity of care
