- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care / LTC Nurse (Travel)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $980 - $1030
- Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 — New Hampshire nursing job
- Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) facility / skilled nursing
- Contract Duration: 14 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour Days (07:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel nursing / LPN travel position

Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar LTC setting
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-focused care skills
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered resident care and adherence to clinical documentation standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and medication administration to residents in a long-term care facility
- Perform resident assessments, monitor and document changes in condition, and update care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, comfortable environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social work) to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Follow infection control protocols, safe medication administration, and facility policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support continuity of care
