• Shift: 12-hour days (0700-1930), rotating weekends — ideal for Labor & Delivery RNs experienced with weekend rotations

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent labor & delivery (L&D) RN experience — hands-on LDRP experience preferred
• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required upon submission)
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS (required)
• AHA ACLS and NRP (required)
• PALS (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent verification (required)
• STABLE certification (preferred)
• Perinatal-related RNC certification (preferred)
• Experience stabilizing high-risk neonates and basic fetal monitoring skills (preferred)

Responsibilities — Labor & Delivery Nursing

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Triage and assess obstetric patients, including fetal monitoring and maternal assessments
• Deliver newborn care and support family-centered practices for postpartum families
• Assist with gynecologic surgical care and support perinatal procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts and maintain reliable coverage for the LDRP unit
