Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 – $2,280
• Location: Milwaukee, WI 53215 (travel radiology job)
• Facility: Level III Trauma Center, Magnet Designation, Primary Stroke Center
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts, 24 hours per week
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• On-Call: One call shift per week
• Holiday: One holiday per contract

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute or surgical radiology experience (hospital-based / high-acuity)
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Valid Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Competency in surgical/procedure radiology, general imaging, and portable X-ray
• Comfortable performing fluoroscopy procedures (ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, urology)
• Experience in OR imaging (ortho, general, spine); familiarity with Medtronic o-arm preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and procedural imaging for inpatient, outpatient, ED, and OR patients across all age ranges
• Operate X-ray equipment (GE, Fuji, Del Medical), C-arm systems (GE 9900, Elites), o-arm units, and PACS (McKesson)
• Manage an average patient volume of 15–20 exams per day in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Provide high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control during imaging and interventional cases
• Collaborate with radiologists, lead techs, RTs, hospitalists, and ICU teams to support diagnostic and procedural workflows
• Participate in department orientation, ongoing training, and competency validation for radiology staff
